SHIPPING CONDITIONS
At bedoubleyou.es, we have several shipping options, although we always ship through courier companies. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: destination, selected delivery time, purchase amount and shipping weight.
In purchases over 100€ with destination to the Spanish mainland, shipping costs are free. Keep in mind that for delivery times to be met, you must place the order before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, as we cannot deliver it to the shipping company. Keep in mind that the cut-off time depends on the selected shipping. If you choose standard shipping, the cut-off time is 5:00 PM and if you choose express shipping, the cut-off time is 2:00 PM.
Whenever you place an order at bedoubleyou.es, we will inform you by email when we have shipped. Additionally, we will monitor delivery and contact you if there is a problem. That's why we ask you to provide us with a phone number during the ordering process.

However, an approximate time can be indicated that the company will try to meet, but is not obligated. If you cannot be located, the courier company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt you cannot be located, you will have to pick up the order from the courier company's facilities.

RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
Within the period of 14 days following the receipt of your order, you can return it assuming the amount of the return costs. If you have received an erroneous product shipment (we apologize in advance) we will assume the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible. Instructions for returning a product: To return a product, contact us with the order details, your identification. We will reply to you as soon as possible. If all the requirements are met, once we receive the returned order or product, we will proceed to pay the total amount of the order or send a new one, according to what you choose.
The shipment of the returned products must be done using the same vinistas.com box that we have sent you, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition and a copy of the delivery note must be included in the package indicating the reasons for the return.
